HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-262CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of April . 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider, Neils, Crain and Vasiliou The following members were absent: none f� Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 262 APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR KEVIN THOMPSON, SCHLOTZKY'S SANDWICH SHOP FOR A CLASS II RESTAURANT IN WILLOW GROVE SHOPPING CENTER (85014) WHEREAS, Kevin Thompson, Schlotzky's Sandwich Shop has requested a Conditional Use Per- mit to operate a Class II Restaurant with carry -out service located at 20 Nathan Lane in the Willow Grove Shopping Center; arA, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Kevin Thompson, Schlotzky's Sandwich Shop to operate a Class II restaurant with carry -out service located 20 Nathan Lane in the Willow Grove Shopping Center, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit is issued to Schlotzky's Sandwich Shop as operator of the facility and shall not be transferable. 3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards and plan for Willow Grove Shopping Center. 5. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or related materials. 6. Hours of operation shall be limited to 10:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Monday through Thursday; 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. Friday and Saturdays; and, 10:00 A.M. through 9:00 P.M. on Sundays. PLEASE SEE PAGE TWO • Page two Resolution No. 85- 262 7. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions. 8. All parking shall he off-street in designated areas which comply with the Zoning Ordinance. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider, Neils, Crain and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none . Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
