Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of Aril . 1985,
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers SchneldFr,
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 258
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED IN
THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT OF BASS LAKE ROAD AND HEMLOCK LANE (84091)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located in
the northwest quadrant of Bass Lake Road and Hemlock Lane from FRD to R -1A and B-3
in conjunction with approval of Final Plat for Bass Lake Estates and Quinwood
Commercial Center (MPUD 85-1);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Bass Lake Estates
. and Quinwood Commercial Center to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the
publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adapted.
