Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of April . 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembersci�i�r,
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 253
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO RPUD FINAL PLAT/PLAN
FOR KINGSVIEW HEIGHTS FOR HARSTAD-TODD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (FILE 84100) (RPUD 85-1)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the RPUD Final Plat/Plan and Development
Contract for Kingsview Heights as requested by Harstad-Todd Construction Coapany;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
10 2. The Ordinance rezoning the property shall be published upon evidence that the
Final Plat has been filed and recorded with Hennepin County.
3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect dt the time of filing the Final Plat.
4. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the Cicy
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
5. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
6. Appropriate legal documents regarding Homeowner Association covenants and restric-
tions as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed with the Final Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Neils. Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
