Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of April . 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Neils. Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 252
APPROVING RPUD FINAL PLAT/PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR KINGSVIEW HEIGHTS FOR
HARSTAD-TODD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (94100) (RPUD 85-1)
WHEREAS, Harstad-Todd Construction Company has requested approval for RPUD Final
Plat/Plan for Kingsview Heights (RPUD 85-1), a plat for 15 single family residential
lots and three outlots located northwest of County Road 9 and Juneau Lane; and,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the RPUD Final Plat/Plan and
Development Contract for Harstad-Todd Construction Company for Kingsview Heights
located northwest of County Road 9 and Juneau Lane and northeast of 44th Avenue and
Juneau Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
