Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of April . 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider-,
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-250
SETTING CJNDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR BANNER
ADDITION FOR BANNER ENGINEERING (84102)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Banner Addition as requested
by Banner Engineering;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit for Lot 2, Block 1,
BANNER ADDITION.
3. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
4. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
5. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
6. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
7. Development of Lot 2, Block 1, BANNER ADDITION is subject to Ordinance required
Site Plan review.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: __ Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Neils. Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained. none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
