Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of April 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenpor , ouncilmemberss Schne-i�der, —
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 249
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR BANNER ENGINEERING FOR BANNER ADDITION (84102)
WHEREAS, Banner Engineering has requested approval for Final Plat for Banner Addition,
a plat for two lots located at 9714 10th Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Banner Engineering
for Banner Addition located at 9714 10th Avenue North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Neils. Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
