Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the .fit~ day of _ &d l . 1985.

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 247
APPROVING ADDENDUM I TO THE 1983-1985 LABOR CONTRACT
WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES, LOCAL 18
WHEREAS, representatives of the City and Law Enforcement Labor Services, Local 18,
have previously negotiated a labor contract for the bargaining unit represented by
Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. for calendar year 1983 through 1985; and
WHEREAS, the contract provides that wages and insurance contributions for 1985 shall
be established through reopened negotiations; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to this City Council a proposed addendum to
the 1983-1985 labor agreement setting forth wages and insurance contributions;
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Addendum negotiated between the City of Plymouth and Law
Enforcement Labor Services, Loral 18, for the period of January 1, 1985 through
December 31, 1985 be and the same is hereby approved.
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Addendum o,1
behalf of the City of Plymouth.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the
