Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day of April 19 85

rniinrilmFmhpe Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 246
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND MEDICINE LAKE LINES
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution 83-232 authorized the execution of an
agreement between the City of Plymouth and Medicine Lake Lines known as "Agreement
for Operation and Management of the Plymouth Public Transportation System": and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation has authorized the extension of
the Plymouth Public Transportation system through December 31, 1985.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERF3Y RESOLVED by the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, that it
should and hereby does authorize the extension of the above-named agreement through
contract amendment; and
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the contract
amendment.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly srconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, t e

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
