Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on thi 1st day of

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 243
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRIBUTION TO THE PILnRIM LANE PTO
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an approved Comprehensive five-year Capital
Improvements Program, and
WHEREAS, said program allocates $5,000 in the year 1985 for Pilgrim Lane
Elementary School Playground, and
WHEREAS, the Pilgrim Lane PTO has the funds necessary to match the $5,000
grant from the City, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and recom-
mended this expenditure, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and approved this expenditure,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that $5,000 is to be contributed to the Pilgrim Lane
PTO for the further expansion of the play area at Pilgrim Lane Elementary
School, and further, that these funds are to be taken from account 219-219
(neighborhood park dedication funds).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
