Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
. Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1St day
of April , 1985. The following members were present: Deputy i!ayor
Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Neils and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 242
AGREEMENT FOR COST SHARING - COUNTY ROAD 61 IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 216
WHEREAS, an agreement for participation in the construction of County State Aid
Highway 61 from 757 feet north of 6th Avenue to the south City limits, Hennepin
County Project No. 8042, Agreement No. PW 27-17-84 has been prepared and
presented to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that said agreement be in all things approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Manager are authorized to sign
Agreement No. PW 27-17-84, Hennepin County Project No. 8042.
. FURTHER, that Resolution No. 84-595 approving a previous agreement is
rescinded.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
' Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Crain, Neils and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
