Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rpaular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the itt day
of 4-M I , 1985. The following members were present:

The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Counrilmemher Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 236
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION
OF ALLEYWAY ADJACENT TO LOT 1 THROUGH 6, BLOCK 1, SUBURBANDALE ON PARKER LAKE
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 Paul and Lois Hagemeister have petitioned
the City Council for the vacation of certain alleyway in Block 1, Suburbandale
in Parker Lake; and
WHEREAS, the following is a description of the requested vacation:
The alleyway adjacent to Lot 1 through 6, Block 1, Suburbandale on
Parker Lake, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does establish the date of
May 6, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing
as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
