Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of
April , 1985. The following members were present:

The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
rnt►nrilmxmher Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 85- 235
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 324
34TH AVENUE FROM CITY CENTER TO PARK PLACE ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota is desirous of
constructing 34th Avenue from the City Center to the Park Place Addition west
plat line by the installation of watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and
street improvements, including bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and
gutter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted April 1, 1984.
• 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as
the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
