Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the _ l,t day of April • 19ML.

Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 224
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION FOR TERRY
HEITLAND (85017)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division of platted land for Terry
Heitland for property located within the Hemlock Lane Addition under Resolution
No. 85-223;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior
to filing of and regarding said Lot Division:

Compliance with the City engineer's Memorandum
No yard setback variances are granted or implied for Parcel B.
Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to issuance of Build-
ing Permit in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of filing of the
Division.
No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with Hennepin
County.
Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Division with
Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy ayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
