Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Ist day of April • 19
The following members were present: Deputy Mayor Schneider. Coun ilmember
Crain. Neils and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Co,n ilmFmhPr Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 223
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR TERRY HEITLAND FOR PROPERTY IN THE HEMLOCK LANE ADDITION
(85017)
WHEREAS, Terry Heitland has requested division of a platted lot within the Hemlock Lane
Addition to create two parcels;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Division:
EXISTING LEGAL
. That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Hemlock Lane Addition, and the north 110 feet, front
and rear of Lot 2, Block 1, Hemlock Lane Addition.
To be divided as follows:
PARCEL A:
Lot 1, Block 1, HEMLOCK LANE ADDITION
PARCEL B:
The North 110.00 feet, front and rear, of Lot 2, Block 1, HEMLOCK LANE ADDITION.
FURTHER, that the City Manager '6; .:, ms' necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Division is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cniinrilmamb r Vaciliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain,
Neils and Vaciliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
• Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
