HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-220CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Ist day of April . 19 85 The following members were present: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Neils and Vasiliou members were absent: Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 220 APPROVING DIVISION OF EXISTING PLATTED LOT FOR M & K PROPERTIES (85008 -A/85008 -B) WHEREAS, M & K Properties has requested approval for division of existing platted land into two parcels of 2.99 acres and 2.01 acres, each to be developed with an office/ warehouse facility located on the southwest corner of Fernbrook Lane and 23rd Avenue North; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following: EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION That part of Lot 7, Block 2, CIRCLE STAR BUSINESS CENTER FIRST ADDITION, which lies North of a line 361.00 feet south of measured at right angles to and parallel with the North line of said Lot 7, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for the County of Hennepin and the State of Minnesota. PARCEL A: The West 361 feet of the North 361 feet of Lot 7, Block 2, CIRCLE STAR BUSINESS CENTER FIRST ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. PARCEL B: The North 361 feet of Lot 7, Block 2, CIRCLE STAR BUSINESS CENTER FIRST ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except the West 361 feet thereof. FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County. The motion fo a pptln p the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by CouncifineAer Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Neils and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
