• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day of Anril . 199.
The following members were present: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Coun,:ilmembers Crain.
Neils and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Coun.ilm m. r Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-217
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR SCHERER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT FOR
SCHERER BROTHERS LUMBER CO. (84045)
WHEREAS, SCHERER BROTHERS LUMBER COMPANY has requested approval for Final Plat for
SCHERER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT, a plat for 9 industrial lots on approximately 53 acres
located northwest of county Road 18 and Soo Line Railroad Right-of-Way;and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
10 Contract for SCHERER BROTHERS LUMBER COMPANY for SCHERER INDUiTRIAL DEVELOPMENT located
northwest of County Road 18 and Soo Line Railrgad Right-of-Wiy; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be appcnved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to exe�,ute th+- Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
