The following members were present: Deputy Mayor Schneider. Counci members Crain.
Neils and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Deputy Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 213
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION FOR WYMAN
JOHNSON, 3 & W PARTNERSHIP (85004)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division for Wyman Johnson, 3 & W Partner-
ship for property located north of County Road 24 and east of Brockton Lane;
In the northwest quarter of Section 19, 19010 County Road 24;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior
to filing of and regarding said Lot Division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
• 2. No yard setback variances a ri iranted or implied.
3. Payment of park dedication fees -ire -lieu of dedication prior to filing the Division
S. A perpetual covenant approved by the City Attorney shall be filed on the property
restricting further division of the property and building of a house or home on
Parcel A until such time that an urban plat of the property can be approved by the
City of Plymouth, i.e., when municipal services are available.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
. The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Neils
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

No Building Permit

Submittal of all necessary
utility and
road easements prior to filing Lot Div-
ision with Hennepin
County.

Approved Variances:
Lot width of 94 ft.
vs. 300 ft.
7.
No building permit
shall be issued until
a septic system plan has been approved.
