Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day
of March , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Schneider, Neils, Crain and Vasiliou

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 209
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4 AND FINAL
NORTHEAST TRUNK SANITARY SEWER - PROJECT NO. 903
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as Owner and .lodland Associates, Inc. as
Contractor have entered into an agreement for the Northeast Trunk Sanitary
Sewer, Project No. 903, said agreement being dated July 7, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval
of the final request for payment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. That the original contract amount was $134,785.50, one change order in
the amount of $4,400 was approved, and the value of the work completed
to date :s $146,429.78.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for the Northeast Trunk
Sanitary Sewer, Project No. 903, and certified to the Council by the
engineer as acceptable be and the same is hereby released from the
contract except as to the conditions of the performance bond, any and
all legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and corrections of
faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 4 and Final in the amount of $10,077.33 to
Nodland Associates, Inc. for the Northeast Trunk Sanitary Sewer,
Project No. 903, is hereby approved °nd the City Finance Director is
hereby authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Council -member Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
