Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day
of March , 1985. The following umbers were present: Mayor Davenport,
Counci members c neider, Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 206
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
DUNKIRK LANE IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT N0. 408
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the Dunkirk Lane improvement and contract of Project No. 408:
1. Remove and replace worn hydrant bolt + $ 114.00
Replb^? 10" PVC pipe with 10" DIP on existing
sanitary sewer at County Road 6 + 525.60
3. Cut roots growing in joints and repair joints
in existing manhole No. 14 + 176.50
4. Substitution of Mn DOT 2332 in lieu of Mn DOT
2331 base course - 2,428.80
Total - $1,612.70
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for the Dunkirk Lane street improvements and
contract Project 408 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 3 for the Dunkirk Lane at:eet
improvements contracts Project No. 408 by deducting $1,612.70 is hereby
approved.
Total cost including Change Orders No. 1 and 2 $1,638,723.89
Change Order No. 3 deduct 1,612.70
Revised cost $1,637,111.19
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
M Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
