Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of March 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,ouncilmembers Schneider, _
Neils. Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 202
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR WAYZATA BANK & TRUST COMPANY
(83017)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Wayzata Bank & Trust located at 1525 Highway 101 was approved
under City Council Resolution No. 83-318; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
Cash Deposit in the amount of $108,200.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
'recommends reduction of the Cash Deposit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Ov PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does a,ithorize the reduction of the Cash Deposit
in the amount of $108,200.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for
Wayzata Bank & Trust located at 1525 Highway 1)1, to $10,000.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followinq voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Neils. Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolutions was declared duly passed and adopted.
