Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of March 19 85.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers c nei er,
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Cou:lcilr.!ember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 200
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR .'ATOi: CORPORATION FOR MISSION
OAKS 1ST ADDITION (A-338)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Baton Corporation for Mission Oaks 1st Addtion located at
11801 County Road 9 was approved under City Council Resolution No. 82-354; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
of a Savings Certificate in the amount of $50,405.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council on December 5, 1983 by Resolution No. 83-663 reduced this
.Savings Certificate to $20,000.00; and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Savings Certificate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Savings
Certificate No. 269 in the amount of $50,405.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Baton Corporation for Mir_.sion Oaks 1st Addition located at 11801
County Road 9, to $10,000.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
