Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of March . 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers c nei er, —
Neils Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 194
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR DALE BERTHIAUME FOR LE DALE PLAZA (MPUD 78-1) (84023)
WHEREAS, Dale Berthiaune has requested approval for Final Plat for Le Dale Plaza (MPUD
79-1), a plat for one lot located at the southeast corner of County Road 9 and
Annapolis Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Dale Berthiaune
.for Le Dale Plaza (MPUD 78-1) located at the southeast corner of County Road 9 and
Annapolis Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:Ma_vor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
,4gils. Crain and Vasiliou

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
