Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r@gular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of March 1985.
The following members were present:Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 192
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL. PLAT FOR GLEN ECHO
PONDS 2ND ADDITION FOR RICHARD DEMPSEY (84066) (MPUD 84-1)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for Glen
Echo Ponds 2nd Addition as requested by Richard Dempsey;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
' 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City Pol-
icy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
3. No Building Permits shall be issued until a Contract has been awarded for the con-
struction of municipal sewer and water.
4. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
5. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
6. Evidence of recorded documents for the location of the private driveway for Tract
O, RLS No. 743 shall he provided to the Engineering Department prior to filing the
Final Pldt.
The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fo lowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Neils. Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
