Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of March . 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmember�hne—fir,
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 191
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR GLEN ECHO PODS 2ND ADDITION FOR
RICHARD DEMPSEY (84066) (MPUD 84-1)
WHEREAS, Richard Dempsey has requested approval for Final Plat for Glen Echo Ponds 2nd
Addition (MPUD 84-1), a plat for 11 single family residential lots located south of
15th Avenue North and east and west of Sycamore Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Richard Dempsey for Glen Echo Ponds 2nd Addition located south of 15th
Avenue North and east and west of Sycamore Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract f,;r said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
