Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of March . 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers c nei er, —
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou

RESOLUTION NO. 85- 189
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR STEEPLE-
CHASE 2ND ADDTION FOR LUNDGREN BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (84047) (MPUD 83-1)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Steeplechase 2nd Addition as requested by Lundgren Brothers Construction Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to re-
cording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. The Ordinance rezoning the property shall he published upon evidence that the
Final Plat has been filed and recorded with Hennepin County.
3. Payment of park dedicaton fees -in -lieu of dedication with appropriate credits in
an amount determined according to verified acreage and paving costs and according
to the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat. Outlots
A and B shall be deeded to the City for trail purposes.
4. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
5. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
6. Appropriate legal documents regarding Homeowner Association covenants and restric-
tions as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed with the Final Plat.
7. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of
the approved MPUD 83-1 per Section 9 of the T_oninq Ordinance.
S. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for com-
pletion of landscaping prior to issuance of Buildng Permits.

Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schroeider,
Neils. Crate and Vasiliou
