HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-186CITY OF PLYIOM Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of March . 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schnei dFrT Neils. Crain and Vasiliou The following members were absent: none Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 186 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR CARLSON CENTER FIFTH ADDITION FOR CARLSON PROPERTIES (80019) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Variances for Carlson Center Fifth Addition as requested by Carlson Properties; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to re- cording of, and related to said plat: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum, with deletion of Item No. 22-8 of the Engineer's Memorandum. 2. The Ordinance rezoning the property shall be published upon evidence that the Final Plat has been filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 3. Payment of park dedication fees-in-lleu of dedication In jecordance with City Pol- icy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat. 4. No yard setback variances are granted or implied; and shall be in accordance with the R -1A standards. 5. Approved Variances are: lot areas of 18,229 sq. ft. for Lot 1 and 16,847 sq. ft. for Lot 3 rather than 18,500 sq. ft. and lot widths of 102 ft. for Lot 1 and 104 ft. for Lot 3 rather than 110 ft. 6. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Fngineer prior to filtng the Final Plat. 7. No Building Permits to be Issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider.—Neils. Crain and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none ' Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passedand adopted.
