Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the -18th day of March . 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schnee er, —
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou

introduced the following Resolution and moved its
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 185
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR CARLSON CENTER FIFTH ADDITION FOR CARLSON PROPERTIES (80019)
WHEREAS, Carlson Properties has requested approval for Final Plat for Carlson Center
Fifth Addition, a plat for four single family residential lots located at 14615 County
Road 15; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Carlson Properties
for Carlson Center Fifth Addition located at 14615 County Road 15.
The motion for adoption of the forft)oing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vot_ n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers,5chneider,
Neils Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
