Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th
day of March , 1985 The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmem ers Schneider, Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 182
APPROVING OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING
MALT LIQUOR LICENSE FOR KENNY'S MARKET
WHEREAS, application for Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License has been
received from V. William Melin in conjunction with Kenny's Market, 18 Nathan
Lane, for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council in accordance
with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that an Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License be
approved for the period March 19, 1985 through June 30, 1985 for V. William
Melin, Kenny's Market, 18 Nathan Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, Me-

EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF TRE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
COUNTY OF HENNEPIN, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall
in the City of Plymouth, on Monday, March 18, 1985, commencing at 7:30
o'clock p.m., C.T.
The following members of the Council were present:
Mayor Davenport, Councilmemhers Schneider, Neils, Vasiliou and Crain
and the following were absent:
None
The Mayor announced that the meeting was convened for the consider-
ation of the bids which had been received for the purchase of the City's
$8,900,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds of 1985, as advertised for
sale. The City Clerk presented affidavits showing publication of notice of
sale in the City's official newspaper and in Commercial west, financial
papers published in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which affidavits were examined,
found satisfactory and ordered placed on file.
The City Clerk presented a tabulation of the bids which had been re-
ceived in the manner specified in the Official Notice of Sale for the Bonds
and the resolution authorizing their sale. The bids were as follows:
