Mireesota, was field an 4th day of March 19jLj_- The following mmmlers were present: were RRA RAR Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its tion: RESOLUTION Nu. q5- 181 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SELECTION 0` A LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT FOR THE DESIGN OF PLAY EQUIPMENT AT THREE NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS WHEREAS, the 1985 Capital Improvements Program allocates funds for the development of play equipment at three neighborhood park sites, and WHEREAS, the request for proposals have been received by three different consultant firms for performing said work, and WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended that the firm of Brauer and Associates be selected for this work, and AAA WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said proposals from three consultant • firms, and WHEREAS, the City Council agrees with the Director of Park and Recreation's recommendation for the selection of Brauer and Associates for this work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, 'iIat the firm of Brauer and Associates shall be awarded the contract for the professional services at Green Oaks and Circle Parks and the Luce Line access point in accordance with their proposal dated February 21, 1985, at an estimated cost of $4,350.
