Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rr
gular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of March . 1985.
The following members were present: _aM r Davenport. Cnuncilmembers Crain.

Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 180
RESOLUTION ADOPTING REVISIONS TO THE POLICY RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE
OF ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a policy relating to the issuance of on -sale
intoxicating liquor licenses; and
WHEREAS, said policy establishes a minimum structure, furnishing, equipment and
fixture value for licenses to be considered; and
• WHEREAS, the value is based upon periodic increases in the Boeckh buildinq index for
brick and steel commercial buildings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve revisions in the policy relating to
the issuance of on -sale intoxicating liquor licenses including the revision to
minimum structure, furnishing, equipment and fixtures value from the previous
$907,500 to $1,089,000; and further, that the reference to the Boeckh Building Cost
Index for brick and steel commercial buildings be revised from "October 1981 Index,
1264.9" to "January/February 1985 Index, 1519.511.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou, and upon vote being taken thereon, t e
following votedn favor thereof: ayor avenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
