HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-177CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of March , 1985. The following members were present: The following megbers were absent: Councilmember Neils Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 177 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF PONDING EASEMENT IN OUTLOT A, HOLIDAY WEST ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 John Ogren has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of certain ponding easements in Outlot A, Holiday West Addition; and WHEREAS, the following is a description of the requested vacation: The drainage easement for ponding within Outlot A, Holiday West Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does establish the date of 10April 1, 1Y85 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth B.;ulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the _ following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport.
