Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of March . 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenpor�ounci1membersrain,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and muved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-172
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR J. B. SWEDENBORG CONSTRUCTION
CO. FOR EDELMANN BUILDING (84028)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for J. B. Swedenborg Construction Co. for the Edelmann Building
located at 1900 Annapolis Lane was approved under City Council Resolution No. 84-361;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Bond in the amount of $129,450.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
. recommends reduction of the Bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT1' OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Bond No.
983655 in the amount of $129,450.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements
for J. B. Swedenborg Construction Co. for the Edelmann Building located at 1900
Annapolis Lane, to $8,500.00
The-votion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crainand upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor 09venport, Councilmembers Crain,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: nnno
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
