HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-163CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of March 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Schneider and Vasiliou The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 163 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR PALMQUIST ADDITION FOR TERRENCE PALMQUIST (84086) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Palmquist Addition as re- quested by Terrence Palmquist; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to re- cording of, and related to said plat: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City Pol- icy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat for Lot 2, Block 1. 3. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 4. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 5. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 6. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Eng- ineer prior to filing the Final Plat. 7. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. S. Lot 2, Block 1 shall not be further subdivided. This shall be reflected in a cov- enant to be filed on the property with the plat. 9. Access for proposed Parcel 2 shall be directed to Pineview Lane and shall be located not closer than 15 ft. south of thr, northeast tcoperty corner. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain _, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Crain. Schneider and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: noqe Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pas adopted.
