Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held onthe4th day of March 1985.

RFSOLUTION NO. 85- 160
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR ISAIAH ADDITION FOR SHELDON SCHWARTZ

WHEREAS, Sheldon Schwartz has requested approval for Final Plat for Isaiah Addition, a
plat for five single family residential lots located north of County Road 24 at 32nd
Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Sheldon Schwartz for Isaiah Addition located north of County Road 24 at
32nd Avenue North;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
