Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reflular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of March . 19a.
The following members were present: Mayor DavPnp nr CnuncilmPmhPrs Crain
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: CouncilmPmh r N ils
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 158
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR DEERWOOD
ESTATES PLAT FOUR FOR PARKLANDS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (A-784) (RPUD 81-1)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Deerwood Estates Plat Four as requested by Parklands Development Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
rezording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
3. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
4. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of
the approved RPUD 81-1 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Co,incilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
