Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, arhe ulaarr meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of March 1985.
The following members were present: Magor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils

RESOLUTION NO. 85- 156
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
NORTHWEST OF COUNTY ROAD 9 AND JUNEAU LANE AND NORTHEAST OF 44TH AVENUE AND JUNEAU LANE
FOR RPUD NO. 85-1 (84100)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
northwest of County Road 9 and Juneau Lane and northeast of 44th Avenue and Juneau Lane
from FRD (future restricted development) District to R -1A (low density single family
residential) District in conjunction with approval of Final Plat for Kingsview Heights;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THL CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
.MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Kingsview Heights
to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor DaRnport, CouncilmembersCrain,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
