Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of
March , 1985. The following members were present:

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 152
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
XENIUM LANE - 34TH AVENUE TO THE NORTH LINE OF HERITAGE WEST ADDITION
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 505
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 85-91 of the City Council, adopted the 21st day of
January 1985, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to utility and
street improvements on Renium Lane - 34th Avenue to the north line of Heritage
West Addtion; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of watermain, sanitary
sever, storm sewer and street improvements on Xenium Lane - 34th Avenue to the
north line of Heritage West Addition; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the
4th day of March 1985, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were
given an opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted January 21, 1985.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates is hereby designated as
the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Fesolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
