Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _special meeting of the
. City Council of: the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tie 25th
day of February '19 85 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, ouncilmembers Schne Mer, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Coun,,ilmember Neils
CQ-jnC;jmPmhPr Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 144
APPROVING TAXI DRIVERS LICENSES
WHEREAS, applications for Taxi Drivers Licenses have been received for
consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council in accordance with
Plymouth City Code, Chapter 1146; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted investigations of the applicants
and finds no reason to deny the licenses requested;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Taxi Drivers Licenses be approved for a period from
February 26, 1985 through December 31, 1985 for the following: John Elkins,
10 Robert Harris, Russell Gerber, Sam Gordon, Gary Bosch, Diana Mucciacciaro, Henry
C. Bierbrauer, and William Bierbaum.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counci lmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, t7ie
