Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th
10 day of February , 19 85 The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Sc neer, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 143
APPROVING TAXI LICENSE RENEWAL
WHEREAS, application for a Taxi License renewal has been received for Council
approval from Town Taxi in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter 1146: and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has reviewed and approved the renewal:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Taxi License be renewed for a period from February
26, 1985 through December 31, 1985 for Town Taxi.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: MaXor Davenport. Councilmembers Schneider,
Crain and Vasiliou he following
voted against or abstained: none
