Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a - meting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of February 19aL.
The following members were present: Mayor DavenUnrt. rn,inrilmemhers Schneider.

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 85 - 142
APPROVING 1985 CIGARETTE LICENSE APPLICATIONS
WHEREAS, application for Cigarette Licenses have been received from the parties
listed below in accordance with Chapter SI, Section 1150.01 of the City Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
(MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License applications from the parties listed below
be approved for the period February 26, 1985, through December 31, 1985.

Councilmember Va i , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vo ed

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
