Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 25th day
of February , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor
Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils .
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 141
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
I-494/COUNTY ROAD 15 IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 129
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the I-494/County Road 15 Improvements Contract for Project 129:
1. Salvage and reinstall directional sign
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the I-494/County Road 15 Improvements
Contract, Project 129 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 21 for I-494/County Road 15
Improvements Contract, Project 129, by adding $2,682.90 is approved and the
existing contract price of $4,042,281.82 is revised to $4,044,964.72.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
10 following voted in favor thereof:Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
