HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-137CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 25th day of — February , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its n,'cption: RESOLUTION N0. 85- 137 RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT NO. 517 REVERE LANE WITHIN OUTLOT C, "TRENTON PLACE FIRST ADDDITION" (TRENTON PLACE PHASE II) STREET AND UTILITIES WHEREAS, the developers of Trenton Place First Addition have petitioned the City to install a 7 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer and watermain, and all necessary appurtenances on Revere Lane within Outlot C of said Trenton Place First Addition (Trenton Place Phase II); and WHEREAS, a preliminary engineering report for Project 517 was ordered on January 7, 1985 by the City Council and said report was presented to the City Council on February 25, 1985; and WHEREAS, the developer and owners have waived their rights to a public improvement hearing and are 100% of the petitioners involved; go NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the preliminary engineering report of a Project 517, and the petitioner has waived his rights to a public hearing. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates are hereby designated as the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement to be incorporated and bid with the 1985 Utilities Program. 3. The construction contract will not be awarded until the owners of Trenton Place First Addition Phase II enter into a developer's agreement with the City of Plymouth. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by . Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following votod in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. snit* A�tdc *ir*
