Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of February 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Dave nport, Schneider, _
Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 132
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 10 AND EAST OF HEMLOCK LANE (84053)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located north
of County Road 10 and east of Hemlock Lane from FRD (future restricted development)
District to R-4 (high density multiple residence) District in conjunction with approval
of Final Plat proposed as Parkview Manor;
NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Boyer Palmer, Bass
Company for Parkview Manor to be filed with Hennepin County prior to
of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
