Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetinq of the
. City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the nth

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 128
APPROVING OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING
MALT LIQUOR LICENSE FOR P.D.Q.
WHEREAS, application for Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License has been
received from James D. Shelton in conjunction with the P.D.Q., 11540 Bass Lake
Road, for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council in accordance
with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that an Off -Sale Non-Intoxicatinq Malt Liquor License be
so approved for the period February 23, 1985 through June 30, 1985 for James D.
Shelton, P.D.Q., Bass Lake Road.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, Ee
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider,
Crain and Vasiliou hefoil-owing
voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
