Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
. the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Winnesota was held on the
4th day of February , 1985 . The following members were
present: Deputy c neier, ouncilmemTe-rs Crain, Neils and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and
movea its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85 - 126
AWARDING BID FOR THE 1985 CITY NEWSLETTER
WHEREAS, funds have been appropriated in the 1985 budget for the printing and
mailing of the Newsletter;
AND, WHEREAS, in accordance with the City's bidding procedures, specifica�ions
were proposed and distributed to all interested parties;
AND, WHEREAS, bid proposals were received and opened on Thursday, January 31,
1985;
AND, WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

• Precision Graphics, Inc. $ 84.80
Sexton Printing, Inc. 85.00
Nystrom Publishing Co., Inc. 95.00
AND, WHEREAS, the bid of Precision Graphics, Inc. is in conformance with City
specifications for the newsletter, and Precision Graphics, Inc. is therefore
declared the lowest responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does accept the proposal of
Precision Graphics, Inc. in the amount of $84.80 per page, further, that funds
for this proposal are authorized from account numbers 101-189-702.00 and
202-202-702.00.
• The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n avor ereo Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmember_s
Crain, Neils and Vasiliou
followIng voted against orabstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
