Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinq of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th

RESOLUTION NO. 85- 125
APPROVING TEMPORARY ON -SALE
MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, an application for Temporary On -Sale Malt Liquor License has been
received from Barbara Fallstad, Administrative Coordinator for St. Mary of the
Lake Church, 105 Forestview Lane, pursuant to Chapter III, Section 3, Plymouth
Code; and
WHEREAS, said license is to be used in conjunction with the St. Mary of the Lake
Fun do Games Night on February 23, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has investigated and approved the application;
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Temporary On -Sale Malt Liquor License is hereby
approved for Barbara Fallstad representing St. Mary of the Lake Church.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon,

Crain. Neils and Vasiliou eo ow ng
voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopt;
