The following members were present: Deputy Mayor c neider, Councilmembers Crain, Neils and Vasi lou b **A The following members were absent: mayor Davenport Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85— 124 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF UTILITY EASEMENTS FOR LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 1, GONYEA 3RD ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 Paul W. Wilson has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of certain easements on Lot 2 and Lot 3, Block 1, Gonyes 3rd Addition; and WHEREAS, the following is a description of the requested vacation: The west 6 feet of Lot 2 except the north 6 feet thereof and also except the south 10 feet thereof; and, the east 6 feet of Lot 3 except the north 15 feet thereof and also except the south 10 feet thereof; all in Block 1, Gonyea 3rd Addition. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the said petition and found the same to be in order; . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that it should and hereby does establish the date of March 4, 1985 at 7:30 p.m, in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the me following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmbers Crain. Neils and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 1►,te *** �
