HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-122CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of February , 1985. The following members were present: Deputyreputy Ma or Schneider Councilmembers Crain, Neils and Vasiliou The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport Councilmember Vasili0u introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85-122 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT STREET AND UTILITIES IN GLEN ECHO PONDS 2ND ADDITION (ADDENDUM TO PROJECT 501 - SYCAMORE LANE) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted January 21, 1985 a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates with respect to the improvement of Sycamore Lane within the Glen Echo Ponds 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the installation of bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and drainage facilities, watermain and sanitary sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Council on February 4, 1985; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLMOUTH, MINNESOTA 01. The report is received and placed on file to be considered with the final platting of Glen Echo Ponds 2nd Addition. 2. The petition has been signed by 100% of the property owners proposed to be assessed for said improvements. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: _ Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Neils and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
