PUrsuar^t to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of February 1985. The following members were present: Deputy Mayorcs'ffn—eaer, Counci mem ers rain,— Neils ,— Neils and Vasi hou The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 119 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION, AND APPROVING SETBACK VARIANCE FOR DAVID VOLKER AND THOMAS BETZ (84109) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Consolidation/Lot Division for David Volker and Thomas Betz for property at 2830 Brockton Lane and 2815 Alvarado Lane under Resolution No. 85- 118 and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the related request for a sideyard setback variance and has recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, .MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a variance and direct the following conditions to be met prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Consolidation/Lot Division: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum 2. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Consolidation/Lot Division with Hennepin County. 3. Parcel C shall be deeded to the City for right-of-way purposes. 4. The common property line shall be adjusted to the south appropriately to provide a minimum 3 ft. setback to the garage, a variance of 3 feet. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Counclimembers Crain, Neils and Vasiliou the following voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared dul
