Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the _ 4th day of February/ - 1�

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 115
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
NORTHEAST OF WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE AND 47TH AVENUE NORTH (84052)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
northeast of West Medicine Lake Drive and 47th Avenue North from R -1A (low density
single family residential) District to R -1B (low density residential) District in
conjunction with approval of the Final Plat for Tammie Middlemist Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Tammie Middlemist
Addition to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Deputy Mayor Schneider ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy ayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils, and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: None
whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
